"After
attending the past two mentoring day events I have gained
crucial networking contacts with employers from across
the country. It has given me the insight to some of the
worlds largest companies philosophy and additudes about
disabilities. The environment of mentoring day gave all
of us students a chance to meet and talk with some of
Americas greatest employers in a one on one environment.
Mentoring day also gave me an opportunity to find a mentor
in my field study area in the corporate world. All in
all it’s an event that every student should attend,
with people from the corporate community to talk with
you about positions they have open, internships they
have, and information about what they look for in a good
resume. These are things you will not find in any classroom."
